There is a problem with my shipment, what should I do?

When will my order ship?

At Fenwick, we do our best to ship purchased items to you as quickly as possible; most orders placed by 3PM Eastern will ship same-day.

Timing of billing

Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Unless otherwise noted, items sold by Fenwick and Pure Fishing Brands are subject to sales and use tax in accordance with the applicable laws of state and local jurisdictions. For the jurisdictions imposing sale and use taxes, your purchase is subject to such taxes unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. You may be required to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

Accepted forms of payment?

We accept the following as forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MetaPay.

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is received. Please make sure that both your email and shipping addresses are accurate and you are present to receive your product. Fenwick cannot not ship to PO Boxes or APO's. Fenwick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered in 5 -10 business days.

What happens when my order is delivered?

Fenwick does not require a signature to release packages. Please be present to receive the goods. We recommend shipping to a place of business if you will not be home to receive delivery.

What’s the Fenwick Return Policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased from this site, and it is undamaged, please return within 30 days for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in the original carton with original packaging, accessories, and instructions. Products returned in non-salable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Fenwick or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Fenwick will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address; please retain your return tracking information.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, simply contact us with your order number so we can provide you with a return shipping label. Contact us at 1(877) 336-7637 Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm EST.

How do I report a missing item from my Fenwick order or my Fenwick order is missing?

Please contact Fenwick Customer Service at 1(877) 336-7637 and have your order number available so we can best assist you.
