I live in North Carolina. There are several small ponds and lakes all over. I have been searching for a setup to fish in tight spaces yet be able to handle the fish I'm catching. I got the 6.3" elite tech wallye rod. I have added a 2016 Pflueger president special edition 30 for the finishing touch. I have been catching 15 to 22 inch largemouth bass like it's going out of style. I gig soft plastics and small lures. Being able to feel everything that is going on under the surface of the water allows me to catch more fish! I've had my Fenwick for about a month now and I've been extremely pleased! Thanks for sending me such well built fishing rod!

Awesome Rods!
I have been using the Fenwick Elite Tech Walleye rods for a few years now and when Fenwick came out with a new model this year I had to try them, Yep, all of them. So far, I love them! I fish the big rivers here in the northwest for big walleye. We fish all winter and it can be very cold in December through March. The new handles design is very nice for a guy like me with arthritis in my hands, and the rods still has the sensitivity that is need for walleye. We fish with Jigs, and Blades most of the time from 35 feet to 70 feet deep, and Elite Tech Walleye rods are just outstanding!

6'9" ML two piece and 6'6" ML one piece
I have both a 6'9" ML two piece and 6'6" ML one piece rod. I mostly use them for SMB and LMB but also catch Walleye and Pike too. The 6'9" two piece fishes like a one piece rod. It has an extra fast action with a nice soft tip that is fantastic for drop shot, small 4-5" worms, jigs, jerkbaits, and top water baits. The soft tip is really sensitive and moves into the backbone in a nice way. The 6'6" ML fast action has a little more stiffness to it and is a great all around rod. I like it for shaky head, floating and suspending Rapalas, jigs, and small texas rig worms. Both rods cast great, and are sensitive. Both are comfortable and fun to fish with.

Best sensitivity.
My wife and I started fishing tournaments 6 years ago. We have finished in the top 10 three times and top 15 twice. These places are mainly due to the quality fishing poles that your company makes. I would also like to mention your company's return policy. Fenwick replaced poles three different times due to accidents on the water during tournaments, with minimal charge. Each time the poles were on my doorstep before the next tournament. I already have three friends fishing with your brand. Thanks for the quality product.

Great feel!!
This is a great rod with a good feel flex and sensitivity. I caught a 51" sturgeon on this rod while walleye fishing. Incredible durability was proven that day 45 min fight and it pulled out boat down river over a mile! I still use this rod and it still acts and response just as it did on the first day! I own 12 of these. I have weeks of bottom bouncing with 2 oz weights on them and they not even close to rated for this abuse and have the back bone needed to set hooks yet be sensitive enough for Lindys and 1/8 ounce jigs! Even after dragging and snagging for probably near 100 hrs plus they still are perfectly straight unlike cheap rods That stay bent after this amount of over weight rated abuse! Best Rod hands down!

UNBELIEVABLE RODS
I recently purchased an ETW59M-XFS & an ETW63ML-XFS, not for Walleye fishing, for Largemouth Bass fishing. I own many Fenwick rods. These two are the best. The tip on the 63 is so sensitive, you can feel EVERYTHING going on at the end of the line. The 59 is faster, slightly less sensitive, but the rod is a bulldog with a good-sized bass on. Both rods have 7 guides (excluding the tip-top), with tight spacing at the upper end to distribute stress. And finally, the grips on these rods are the most comfortable I have ever put my hand on, honest. I have used both rods for bass & trout, and I love casting them. The 63 is matched with an old Pflueger President 6730, and the bulldog lives with a newer President 6930 (slightly heavier than the 6730). I fish well over 100 days a year, and these rods will be busy all winter.

Super Walleye Jigging Rod
I purchased the 6'-6" Medium-Fast Fenwick Elite Tech Walleye Spinning Rod about two months ago for late Fall fishing and I have not been disappointed. Coupled with a Mitchell Avocet IV 1000 rear-drag reel and 17lb Hi-Vis Berkley Nanofil line, this rod has been outstanding for vertical jigging blade baits and jigs with plastics. I have especially appreciated the hidden handle design along with the TAC and EVA cork surface that doesn't slip from your fingers even when wet and cold from snow and freezing rain!

Great product Bobby G's Guide Service
I have been guiding since 2004 and it makes my job easier when customers are using Fenwick's for the species we are fishing. Customers who use then are impresses with the ability to feel what you are catching before you hook your catch!
