Replacement of Your Fenwick® Rod

Fenwick® warrants to the original purchaser that its rods are free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Fenwick® is not responsible for normal wear and tear, nor failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care. This applies to either rods purchased separately or as a combo unit.

Fenwick® does not offer repair or parts for rods. If your rod failed due to a manufacturing defect and is still under warranty, we will be happy to replace it with a new rod of the same or comparable model. If your rod is within the original warranty period, Fenwick® will need to inspect your rod to determine the nature of the defect.

Rods NOT covered under warranty may also be submitted for replacement for a nominal fee. Please contact us directly for details.

To help us provide the best service to you please print out and complete a Product Repair/Replacement Form. Send your complete damaged rod, a completed Product Repair/Replacement Form and a money order payable to Fenwick® for $9.95 postage and handling to the address below. Also include a copy of your dated receipt if you are requesting replacement under warranty. Package your rod securely in a disposable container, as we do not return rod tubes.

Service for Your Fenwick® Reel

We’d like to help you maintain your Fenwick® reel so that you may continue to fish with confidence. If you have an issue with your reel that requires repair we suggest that you send it to our Fenwick® Factory Service Center for evaluation by a trained technician.

To help us best service your reel, please print out and complete a Product Repair/Replacement Form. Include the completed form with your reel when you send it in for repair. Also include a copy of your dated receipt if you are requesting repair under warranty. Package your reel carefully to avoid damage. We suggest sending your reel via UPS or Fed-Ex (keep the tracking number). If you would rather send your reel by mail, remember to insure your package.
